Terms and Conditions

1. As a small store with limited resources and a necessary day job, we ship on Mondays only.  Please calculate your date of delivery from the upcoming Monday.  Unless otherwise specified, delivery will be approximately 7 days (within Australia) but may be up to 3 weeks, or more outside of Australia.

2. We ship anywhere in the world.

3. We use Australia Post registered mail and will provide you with the tracking number on shipment. We will ship by alternative methods (for example, FedEx) on request.  Please email us immediately following your order to advise and we will provide you with a quote for shipment by alternative methods.

4. We work hard to ensure there is no error in the availability of an item.  If an item has sold out we will let you know as soon as possible and refund you.

5. We only offer refunds in accordance with the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives to you and is damaged or faulty, please email us images of the damaged goods.  We will replace or refund the item.  If the item is replaced we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

6. By default, we do not insure shipments.  Please let us know if you would like an item insured and we will let you know the additional cost.

7. Purchases outside of Australia may incur additional taxes, duties or importing fees of the incoming country which Silver Walnut will not be responsible for.  Please familiarise yourself with any additional fees that may be incurred by purchase and shipment outside of Australia.
